I’ve been waiting to get a CDQ version before I posted this song. Not gonna lie I’m definitely feeling this mainstream radio topper right here, shit is catchy as hell. Mostly cause I absolutely love the part where they break the beat down for Nicki to spit her verse..love to.

“Wavin’ Flag” by K’Naan ft. Will.I.Am & David Guetta
To be perfectly honest, I’ve never listened to this song until today. I know, I know its like the theme of the World Cup and its all about peace and happiness and all of that. But it just never popped on my radar as something I needed to hear.
And having listened to the final CDQ version of the track, I have to say, it really isn’t that hot, but I’m sure people will slurp it up anyways (do people actually read these descriptions?)

"Fly Away" by will.i.am
The front man for the Black Eyed Peas goes solo on this techno joint. It’s got a pretty standard bass line and synth and the lyrics are a little more vulgar that what you’d expect from this guy, but overall its not a bad techno experiment. People have been getting a little sick of the BEP lately so this should help freshen their image.
