“You Could Be My Girl” by Shwayze & Cisco Adler (Video)

I don’t know what it is but for some reason I love this song. I don’t know if it is because of the classic Shwayze summer-time feel or the ska-influenced melodies but I got a soft spot for this track, just makes you feel good inside. The visuals reinforce the track with beaches and partying, an unbeatable combination. The full length album Island In The Sun drops September 13th and it should be a gem, looking forward to it.

Fresh on Campus

So after a long weekend of travel, I was looking forward to putting my feet up and watching the VMAs tonight, but US Airways had other ideas.

So I’ve been hanging out in Laguardia all afternoon and decided to pay for the wifi so I could start catching up on all the new music that dropped this weekend. VMAs are tonight at 9pm EST on MTV and apparently you can follow along on MTV.com for extras.

Oh and here’s some new stuff from Shwayze and The Cataracs. Dope.
