“Only One” by Sam Adams
After officially signing with RCA, Sammy Adams is back in the game trying to make it big on the Major Label level. Unfortunately, his first single “Blow Up” flopped and also learned that sampling yourself isn’t really that cool when he forgot that your songs you created before signing to a major still exist. However, with his most recent release, “Only One,” there looks like there still is some light yet for Boston’s boy. With an electro infused sound and an infectious and catchy production and verses that are shamelessly catered right towards that Top 40 market, Sammy can still have hope that he’s still got it.

“Blow Up” by Sam Adams

It’s been a while since we’ve heard from Sammy and I am having trouble figuring out why. Following what was an immensely successful tour last spring and summer, Sam didn’t really follow it up with much and has a kept a low profile for what seems like a good amount of time now sans new music or any updates on his musical career. While coming out of left field, Sammy does what he does best making a catchy sing-songy party jam sampling, “Where Is My Mind?” by The Pixies made famous in the final scene of Fight Club. Not really sure if we should expect a follow-up track but we’ll take this for now, good looks.

“Letter to the Lost” by Sam Adams ft. Christina Perri

I know I’m going to catch a lot of shit for this analogy, but Sammy’s flow sounds a lot like eminem on this one. Happy Valentine’s Day maafuckas.
NOTE: Soundcloud is being a bitch and won’t let me upload the song because it contains a (fair-use) sample of another totally different song that is owned by Atlantic Records. I f-ing hate major label music so much, but I’m gunna get you guys good legal music, whatever it takes.
I’m stealing the player from Hypefloats since their host is more legit.

Singer/songwriter Collin McLoughlin has been on my radar for awhile, but without any new material, I was never able to post anything for you all to enjoy. So when he sent over this track last night I was more than excited to share it with you all.

“Party Records” by Sam Adams [TAGLESS Mixtape]

Damn I hate Whoo Kid. Finally, we get to experience Party Records how Sammy meant for it to be heard. Sick dubstep and slick flows, annoying DJs not included.

“Party Records” by Sam Adams [Mixtape]

You’ve been waiting for it. Your friends have been waiting for it. Party Records is here.
PS: I still am not a fan of DJ Whoo Kid and I don’t understand why artists use him. Shut the fuck up already, man!

“Hold On (Prod. Rusko)” by Sam Adams

Sam Adams has been talking about that dubstep/hip-hop collision for a minute now. This track just dropped and we finally get a taste of what he means. Hopefully the rest of Party Records is this dope.
