“Stay Scheming (Acoustic Cover)” by Mike Posner Feat. Blackbear

At first glance this cover or Rozay and Drizzy’s track by Mr. Posner probably doesn’t seem like it would work, but this thing works in an awesome way. Blackbear croons over the Teflon Don’s hard verse and Mike creatively spices up Drizzy’s with the addition of some keys and his usual unique vocals. Great play by them also to do away with French Montana’s verse, ish is bougie as hell.

If you haven’t heard the original track off of Rick Ross’s latest mixtape, Rich Forever I have included it in the set so you can get a nice comparison to the cover, it’s real nice.

“Looks Like Sex” by Mike Posner

The first single off Mike’s Sophomore album, Sky High just dropped and it is what you might expect: Michael doing what he does best singing about women on a slick and sexy production. 9 out of 10 times I usually am not a fan but this one is a success.

“Kinda Late” by OnCue Feat. Mike Posner (Prod. By 88 Keys)

Oh OK OnCue, I see you. On this track off of OnCue’s project Can’t Wait coming out tomorrow, Cuey shows us his soulful side on this R&B-esque track featuring Mr. Posner and I’m am not hating one bit. 88 Keys does a real nice job on the smooth production and gets the vibe just right. This is that good ish and getting me excited to see the rest of this tape, should be some good stuff.

“Shut Up” by Mike Posner Feat. Rusko

This is one of those tracks I was hesitant about but Mike Posner’s vocals work perfectly with Rusko blending his Dub-Pop magic. Dude makes it work and turns this into a catchy blend of genres, check it out.

“Bow Chicka Wow Wow (Remix)” by Mike Posner ft. Lil Wayne

Great slow jam by Mike Posner heightened by the unique combo of him and Weezy which I am not mad at. Even though Weezy has more than he brought on his verse this track is a great one for some girl fire and also a great one to chill to and get my ass to sleep right now.

Techno Tuesday:…On Wednesday Sorry I’m Not Sorry

Yessirr the computer is finally back which means here is your way overdue fix of the past two weeks hottest techno jams. Prepare to be overwhelmed with so much fire burning techno that I am even starting to have an anxiety attack thinking about the amount of bangers I am about to post. With no further ado I bring to you this much needed techno explosion.

Note: Do not overlook any of these heaters, all of this shit is as hot as Marissa Miller on Conan last week…yeah that good.

Double Note: I am researching right now whether or not Edward Maya used an actual accordion or the piano-guitar up above to create the instrumental for “Stereo Love.” At first I thought it would be way cooler if he used an actual accordion, but then on second thought I realized that both instruments were equally ridiculous and therefore were awesome either way.

“Mirror’s Edge” by XV [Video]

I’ve heard so many versions of this song that I wasn’t really sure whose song it was, but now I’m almost positive its XV’s featuring Posner. Dope video for a dope track.
