“Firework” and “Teenage Dream (Kaskade Club Remix)” by Katy Perry

So it’s official, I think I have maybe a little kindergarten crush on Katy Perry. This first track is the possible third single to be released off her upcoming album, “Teenage Dream” and its KP doing her thing with an electro feel on the beat which I am loving.

The second track is Kaskade taking an already banger track to the HNL…love to.

Let me start off by saying that this track is more for the ladies. Now I know that normally Katy Perry gets shit on by college music listeners, but I think she actually does a pretty good job of capturing the essence of a “teenage dream” with the lyrics and sound of this song. Definitely sounded like something I would have rocked out to with my friends back in high school, so before you get all judgmental– aww fuck it… just rate it down…

Tik Tok = California Gurls??

These songs mash… a little too well. My roommate noticed the difference when Tik Tok came on in the gym and he thought it was about to be California Gurls. Upon further research, we found this video that offers pretty convincing evidence that they’re almost the exact same song. What do you think?
