The pleasant voices of Marc and Tyler over an awesome lighthearted melody and production remixed with a Chiddy Verse? I’m in. 2 years ago when 2AM Club opened up for Chiddy Bang at the Highline Ballroom I met Marc at the after party and I told him that they should do collaborations with Chiddy Bang in the future. Well I’m glad that they finally followed my advice.

“Ray Charles” by Chiddy Bang

On the newest from the Philadelphia-duo, Xaphoon goes in on this soulful sample and as always takes the track to the HNL. Rumor is the track was inspired by Chiddy’s brother, who one was deemed “Ray Charles” when he passed out one night after smoking with his sunglasses on. Some funny stuff, I would also love to see the freestyle sesh that followed that discovery. Breakfast is due out February 28 of next year.

“Mind Your Manners” by Chiddy Bang

Here is the release of Chiddy Bang’s newest track off of their upcoming studio album Breakfast. I am feeling this track solely because Xaphoon crushes beats/samples like it is his job and does great work with this sample right here. While its cool that Chiddy “freestyled” for 9 hours, it is still pretty obvious that Xaphoon is absolutely carrying this group and the success of this album is going to depend on whether Xaph pumps out top notch production like he does here.

Good Music from GOOD Music

The GOOD Music camp has been blowing up the scene with some fire tracks the past couple of days. Big Sean has been dropping tracks off his HIGHLY anticipated Finally Famous, due out June 28th and from what I have heard it is going to be unreal. “Marvin Gaye & Chardonnay,” “High,” and “100 Bars” could all be potential singles because they are all straight bangers. All of these tracks also have unreal help including hilarious Kanye and an unexpected Roscoe Dash on “Marvin Gaye,” Wiz Khalifa and Chiddy Bang on “High,” and Richard Ross and Pusha on “100 Bars.” These tracks are all star studded and are ready to blow up. Also Kanye dropped the final version of his track “Mama’s Boyfriend” which was a suspected from My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy but is a great track nonetheless and has got a nice old school Kanye feel to it. The last track is a dope track off of GOOD Music member CyHi The Prince’s new mixtape Royal Flush 2 featuring Big Sean and produced by Kanye and No I.D. which is just the icing on the cake for this GOOD Music set.

“Open Your Eyes” by Chiddy Feat. Mac Miller

Chiddy Bang and Mac Miller are back at it again with this dope track. Chiddy and Mac both go in real nice on their verse and you although Xaphoon isn’t on the production side the beat is still sick…love to.

Here is the highly anticipated mixtape from Chiddy Bang coming just in time to start your Memorial Day weekend off right. I haven’t listened to it yet but I am excited to see if Xaphoon is crushing the productions per usual. Definitely going to be putting this on my Memorial Day playlist and I advise you do the same.

“Baby Roulette” by Chiddy Bang ft. Train

New Chiddy Bang track with a little strange collab with the group Train that actually is pretty don’t so I don’t hate it. This track will not be appearing on their upcoming album Swelly Life but its still that usual lyrical and production hotness of Chiddy Bang that we all know and love so check this ish out.
