Stay Fresh Everywhere

“St. Tropez” by Fyfe

There is little known about this 23 year-old artist from London except for the fact that he not one to go over top, and I am definitely cool with that. Previously performing as “David Lyre,” Paul Dixon AKA Fyfe crushes the minimalist understated approach to music that accentuates his warm voice, soaring horns, and well played guitar work and drums. His music is so effectively modest that every part of the production within the track feels that much more powerful which makes for his music to be rather stunning. I have also posted the first single “Solace” off his upcoming Solace EP due out April 8th and I for one won’t be missing out on that guy. April 8th though? It needs to be sooner cause ain’t nobody got time for that!

“Stay (Branchez Bootleg)” by Rihanna Feat. Mikky Ekko

New York producer Branchez does up my favorite Top 40 jam of the moment with a Trap-meets-R&B mix and I am all about it. The vocals are slightly tampered with but the production more than makes up for the alteration with this must grab track that makes me wanna turn up and cry at the same time.

“Attracting Flies” by AlunaGeorge

The fresh British duo dropped their latest track, “Attracting Flies” today off of their highly anticipated debut Body Music due out July 1 and it is that good-good. Coming off their banging collab with Disclosure on “White Noise,” these chic peeps couldn’t be hotter with their synths and catchy as hell choruses…Hansel would be so happy yet so upset at the same damn time.

“I’m Different (Freestyle)” by Tyga

Tyga goes in on that 2 Chainz ratchetness on that sick piano-driven beat. Tyga definitely does not disappoint as this beat goes perfectly with his flow. Well played Tyga, the boy is doing some nice thangs for the Young Moolah squad.

“Swoon” by Timeflies (Video)

Timeflies’ One Night EP dropped yesterday and it’s that usual TImeflies club-hop goodness with Cal making panties drop all over the damn place. This is by far the best track on the EP and will make you wanna rage.

Techno Tuesday: Relations

Happy belated TT everybody. Took a little extra time on this set to make sure the quality was on par with the quantity. This week’s set includes Madeon’s unreal “Minimix” which is a five minute set with 93 songs compiled to make one fire track. Also on deck I have Swedish House Mafia’s Hackney set which actually is a bit poignant given the recent new about their impending breakup after their tour. After that are unreal remixes from your favorite DJ’s to Bingo Player’s “Dont Blame The Party,” EDX’s “Everything,” and Afrojack & Shermanology’s banger “Can’t Stop Me” including Tiesto’s remix featured in the video above. Add in a preview of Fareoh’s MASSIVE new remix to Kaskade’s “Lessons in Love” as well as some great new dubstep by Nero & Example as well as Adventure Club and this set is quite the doozy. Also hit the jump to check out up and comer’s Circuit Assassin’s dirty party track “Dos xx.”

Keep it bumpin errybody,

The Dean

Techno Tuesday: Next Level

One day late but we have more than enough bangers for this week’s TT set including some Bob Sinclar, Dirty South & Alesso’s new banger, Clinton Spark’s sick remix of Semisonic’s “Closing Time,” and a ton of unreal remixes to get you through the week. Up above we have Flo Rida’s new radio hit which I can’t tell if it’s too much or so impossibly catchy and dope yet. Make sure you hit the jump for Arty’s new jam “Open Space” and that’s about all I have to say about that.

One Love,

The Dean

Techno Tuesday: That’s Awesome

The first half of this week’s set consists of the best of the best of last weekend’s EDC in Vegas. Too many unreal sets and not enough time including Afrojack, Alesso, Kaskade, Armin Van Buuren, Hardwell, Benassi, and we even got Will. I. Am up in this bitch. Not to mention the second half of the set includes the weeks dopest singles such as bangers from Madeon, Chuckie, and an unreal dubstep remix by Adventure Club of Foxes’ track “Youth” that must have slipped by me. Well you know that track has got to be good because I don’t even like dat dubstep ish so there ya go.

Also above I’ve posted the track “Numb” off of Usher newly released album Looking 4 Myself. It is produced by Swedish House Mafia and it is an absolute banger. Definitely hitting up your Top 40 radio station very soon…the album is such an Electro-R&B-Pop treat it’s not even funny.

One Love, lets go Thunder.
